Cancellation Policy
All events are non-refundable. With advance notice, I will post the cancellation and try to fill the spot. If I am able to find another guest, I will refund 75% of purchase price. By booking this class you are acknowledging and signing the following liability waiver: I do hereby release and forever discharge Katie Albarran and Daniel Albarran, owners of 25701 Palermo Ct., Murrieta, CA 92563 (Hereinafter, collectively the “Releasee”) including their agents, respective administrators, directors, volunteers, affiliates, successors and assigns, and their respective heirs, and any and all persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named, none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly denying liability, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which I now have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to any and all injuries and damages of any and every kind, to both person and property, and also any and all injuries and damages that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to activities at 25701 Palermo Ct. Murrieta, CA 92563 (hereinafter the “Location”) or associated with Katie’s Kitchen Classroom (hereinafter the “Class”). It is understood and agreed that I have observed the Location and accordingly assume all risk of injury or harm to myself or my child, and agree to release, indemnify, defend and forever discharge Releasee from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, actions and causes of action in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to myself, my child, howsoever caused, arising or to arise by reason of participation at the Location. I hereby give permission for my child to participate in Class activities and all activities at Location. In consideration of participating, I understand the nature of these activities and risks that come with participating. My child is in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activities. I acknowledge that if I believe event conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participation in the Class.. I therefore release and discharge all liability for any harm or injury suffered directly or indirectly as a result of my child’s participation.
